A Solid Stopover for Families

We stumbled upon this hotel while exhausted from a long trip, and let me tell you, Ed at check-in was a lifesaver.

The price wasn't exactly pocket change, but for the service and comfort we got, it was still alright.

Comfortable stay, but watch out for fees

We stayed here for a night, and the room was comfy and neat. One downside was the unexpected extra charges that hit our card after checkout, despite being told it was a mistake. Dining was decent, with a nice selection. Just make sure to double-check those fees before you leave.

Ed at check-in was extremely pleasant and made our late-night arrival feel warm and welcoming. The beds were soft and comfortable, complemented by the invigorating Dove shower amenities. However, there was confusion with our room assignment, which detracted from the experience, along with a rude interaction with morning staff regarding our late check-out. Despite some issues, the kindness of the check-in staff was a highlight.
